Andover College's academic programs are designed by faculty using their academic expertise and professional experience in partnership with local business advisors. In addition to developing the knowledge and skills for immediate career entry, each program includes the general education component. General education teaches students lifelong learning skills such as how to communicate, think, and study. It also provides breadth and depth so students are exposed to several disciplines and ways of understanding the world.
Andover's supportive learning environment is a community of faculty, staff, and students working together to assure the professional success and career satisfaction of all. Beyond the campus, Andover contributes to the community by encouraging civic responsibility and regional economic development through service learning opportunities, business/education partnerships, and College community involvement.
